Athena did these funny drawings using her gel pen a few weeks ago. I totally forgot about it until I picked it up from the drawer a few days ago.
The first piece she drew was of Tampines ma-ma & Aricia (3). We laughed at her for drawing her mei-mei's head so big. But she was clever to draw short hair for mei-mei. Then asked her to explain the 4 dots on ma-ma's shirt- said its buttons.
Second piece she drew was of Aunty Zet and then Aunty Fahtona(2). Asked her why Fahtona is so small." Because she stay in Tampines, so far away.."Then asked her about the 2 dots on Aunty Zet's shirt."Oh.. that one is her neh-neh." Haha! We all bursts out laughing, helper was trying her best to clean it off but the mark is still there.
Finally she drew the last piece of our family (1). At first she only herself and her daddy, then when we asked about us then she began to draw her sister in and said the (3) is of Ignatius and Tampines ma-ma. She explained she has long hair so her drawings shows the same. Explained too that mei-mei is holding umbrella. She drew me so ugly (look like a siao charbo). Finally she drew helper in.
Isn't it amazing how she knows to draw the different sizes?
A few days when I picked up the papers, KZ noticed there's no mouth in the picture of her (2) and asked her "how come I have no mouth?" "Because you talk alot, I dowan to draw your mouth." We all bursts out laughing at her cute remark, then she turned towards KZ and said "you cannot laugh.... I still haven't draw your mouth."
