Isn't it a relief that Athena is not around the house? Earlier on, dad came by to give us some bao and some tidbits for Athena. Then hubby just teased Athena if she wanted to go over to Tampines to stay and immediately she said yes. Strange? Just the night before, she wanted to stay and then started crying for me when she saw us leaving - in the end she followed us home.
Bad parents we are, we made sure she brought everything along with her and pat her backside out of the house. It's like..... we can't wait for her to leave us alone; give us some peace; make us a little relaxed. Bad huh?
I don't deny that the house is quieter and we do miss her when she's not around. But sometimes when we get irritated by her; we just can't wait for someone to bring her away from us - before we kill her by our smacking etc...
