Oops! I totally forgot we have this. When people just put things and push things to the back, I don’t see it and I forgot all about it. Bought this in Meidiya on 18/9 ๐. Never mind I will poison my family only. Anyway coz I’m a day late past the ่ณๅณๆ้, decided to steam it or fry it. Didn’t want to risk eating raw egg yolk
I love this egg, so big and beautiful and clean unlike the previous one I bought and used on 15/8 as written in the first “Japanese cooking” post
