Macarons seems tricky coz you need to work in a cooling place. And many people always say its tough coz they can't get the "feet" but I guess I'm really that I get it right all the time. Yay!
But I wanted a different flavour this time so took a new recipe.
Coffee macarons with nutella
As for the looks, I don't rely on macaron mat. I use the #1M piping tip and count as I squeeze the macronage onto the baking paper. Most times I'll get a uniformed look but sometimes mishaps do happen like when I'm suddenly distracted with a kid shouting for me.
Taste wise - success
Looks wise - failure
