Wanted to make soy milk since late last week but I keep forgetting. Maybe I shouldn’t be making soy milk but walnut milk (yucks!) to have better memory retention.
Oh well, have to do it today. Bought pandan leaf on Fri, have to do it now otherwise pandan leaf will spoil. I used 4 leaves instead of 3, I’ll throw the rest in the car tomorrow Previous I used the remaining pandan leaf to make lemongrass pandan chicken, it was disastrous coz gotta pull out the not-so-shredded lemongrass from our mouth every time we eat the chicken 😂. Just need to think how else I can use the remaining pandan leaf next time. I’ve also tried vacumn seal bags but the pandan leaf still turn bad.
Making soy milk is an easy peasy task. Just blend, the blending sound is scary coz the machine is at the highest speed and I need to stand near just incase the board moves and drop from the kitchen top. Added my lakanto 80g.
Next time I need to make soy beancurd. I honestly have no idea how many portion is that but hopefully I don’t have to gulp more than half portion down myself. 有时要给 mom also difficult, I don’t go Tampines often. Sometimes she’s at TPayoh. Maybe see how - maybe when lil’ one school starts I can do something and bring over in Tampines IF I DON’T END UP BEING LAZY AGAIN.
