Bought some snacks, cannot compare with what we will lug back every Japan trip. Not many snacks caught our eyes in Seoul. I was tempted in getting Sand cookies from Busan but we were 6 days away from arriving back home so I didn’t want to take a contamination risk to bring back the fresh ones I saw in a cafe. If only I had bought the open jaw ticket and departed from Busan.
What to buy back for the family? We have snacks in the bomb shelter to survive us for another round of CB 😂 - they’re snacks from Taiwan, Japan, USA. We’re heading to Japan end of the year again so by then all my mamasan alibaba bag will be fully utilised 😂.
Seaweed? Choco pie? The girls fav goraebap (only 800won here while we pay $2.50 in SIN)? Ginseng? Citron tea?
I saw Jeju orange chocolates in the Food Souvenir section in Lotte Department Store. I remember we bought this as souvenir for ourselves and my family. Kindda miss the nice laid back place. Should go back next time since the girls are now older and shall reverse our roles - we used to drag them up the hill now it’ll be their turn to drag us old folks 👵🏻👴🏻 up.
Went to the supermarket coz this aunty wants to buy the super duper good mold remover. I also bought the toilet bowl cleaner too. Batchgirl E showed me something similar she bought in FUK on my flight back in July.
The funny thing is when we were waiting for our luggage, the crew stood near me waiting for their luggages. Curiously asked IFM how many nights did they have here? Why all come up with cargo bags?😂 Maybe company don’t allow mamasan papasan bags now? Did they also come here to buy snacks and cleaning aids?
This jayeondo bread is something I needed to bring back for che-che who likes shiopan. Bring back the Korean one for her. The bread are slightly squashed 😂 with my packing in small haversack
