Salute!

I really salute all nurses. How do they tolerate cleaning patients’ poops 💩 and pee? How do they tolerate cleaning patient’s vomitus without they themselves feeling 🤢?

When mom vomitted on Thu night, I gagged. I don’t think I’ve ever cleaned her before, maybe a long long time when I just happened to be at Tampines (?) If she ever vomitted before, it would likely be bro or sis who cleaned her. 

When I was cleaning up the vomitus on her, on her bag, on the blanket I wanted to vomit myself. Even when I hold my breath, my eyes cannot unsee the vomitus. Twice I vomitted into the plastic bag when I was cleaning. I used to be able to do this. Onboard and even when dealing with the girls’ vomitus long time ago, but still will always feel like committing myself. This time, I couldn’t tahan n my own stomach churned 🤭 next minute I vomitted. Haha! So useless! 

Then lil’ one told me che-che vomitted too when they were cleaning up her bed. 

Makes me hold nurses in high admiration.how they tahan huh?  

😭 Had to miss this

Boo Hoo! Had to miss Six musical today - 26th Nov 

Tickets were on sale in June, I got mine from MBS ticketing. Saw this musical board in NYC and was curious what musical it was. Sounds interesting. So was excited when I knew there’s going to be one showing in Singapore soon. 

Sometime in Nov - Not sure what will happen in a week plus later, and it’s not nice to find a replacement so last minute thus an open-hearted me had to give up my seat. Asked che-che if she has anyone in mind to go the musical with. She gave my tix to B, her uni friend who appreciates musical. 

Darn good seats I’d say

Days prior, she asked if she can take the car coz she’ll end work at 6pm and it’ll take a long time for her to get to MBS. I planned to drive it over to the carpark to her nearing her end work time and leave it there and bus home myself. However just a day or two before she said she has a birthday leave which she can clear, so she chose to take it today. B will make her way to MBS herself. Che-che can drive themselves home after that. 

No choice que sera sera. I may get a chance to watch this next time. As I’m writing this I hope the girls have a great time. 

Forgot I did this

Was going through my Cookidoo looking at recipes. Sometimes looking at it also gian, just like I like to watch those house cleaning videos too. 

Haven’t done menu planning for long, it’s been more like whims and fancies cooking now.

Wanted to change the imperial measurements to metric on phone app and then I saw this. 

Haha! I forgot I even did this. Yup! I did some editing to get my logo done, did lil’ one’s too! Had them printed out in stickers. As if we’re doing business like that. But cute lor….ok so this is where I spend my money on. Waste money
