I think it's the air we breathed in there, it has a spell in it, just makes you want to go back even before you step into the plane and leave. Then it makes you want to plan your next Japan holiday. Not that we're going any more Japan trips this year but doesn't kill to have a itinerary plan on hand first *wink wink*

As the girls are in their happy place now buying rubbish, meeting my friend and possibly gossiping that I didn't want them with me on my trip and lastly che-che eating as much ramen as she can, I can't help but just join them in heart.

For the first time, we went to the flower dome in the night. We spent only half an hour in there and spend the rest of the other hour plus outside taking pictures and had desserts.

Cake is nice. Cake inside suppose to look like the one on far bottom left, our sprinkles melted thus resulting in the brownish colour?? Buttercream too thick, fail in aesthetic. But like they say, all ugly things taste good.

Last chiong

Just before she starts her school, brought her for one more chiong. Chiong few places in a day is what I always prefer to do, it’s a trip to the cat cafe + uncle wanton and my one and only trip to FD for hydrangea display all in 4hrs.

Her idea of feeding cats is to throw the food coz “I don’t like saliva on my hands”. Then somebody said she wanted to have cats, how is she going to feed them? Heng I’m not that stupid to give in to keep pets at home. 

My turn to feed the cats and this big bispectacled cat came along and waited for her treats.

Tavla (backgammon) where the ah peks sit in the streets, smoking and drinking teh or kopi and play with their friends. A sight I remember vividly. Turkey is a beautiful country but in terms of cleanliness..not sure about now tho.

Cat cafe

There’s never a school holiday where I won’t bring her to the cat cafe at least once. It’s a hassle everytime after a visit, as I have to make sure I don’t bring any cat fur flying about in the house. 可是没办法、她喜欢猫。

A date with AR

Into the third week after lil’ one ended her internship, she’s always bugging me rather hinting to me “I want to see this, I want to go here and there.” So many plans she wants me to bring her but I love to stay at home.

I had made an appointment for my lash perm at Parkway outlet. Needless to say,  lil’ one wanted to tags along and asked to eat Uncle wanton. I brought her to Ray’s stall.

I hate making multiple trips out of the house. Since I had plans to go Parkway I thought I should do two other things she wants to do -the MofuSand pop up and a movie. I was even crazier to suggest to watch 2 movies today (coz she wanted to watch Wicked as well) nah.. I wasn’t going to do a back to back movie marathon, I could possibly fall asleep inside the second movie. 

@ Funan : made me pay $8 but she kicked me out of the photo booth 😂

Let her do the lucky dip and she won some notepads and something else. Came home with lots of things including a blind box. She planned to buy more when we’re in China.

Then it’s time to head to the cinema

First time in a Deluxe Plus hall, this is like a Premium Economy cabin. Pay more for the reclinable seat, seat width and pitch is comfortable. I didn’t deliberately chose to watch in here, I was looking at the timing of the shows in Funan and this timing fits after zooming down from Parkway.

When it was doing all the commercials, the lady next to me asked me if I have a cable to lend her as her phone is left with 10%. Told her I was charging my phone now, once it reach 50% I’ll pass it to her. Just before the movie started I passed it to her only to realise she wanted to plug it to her seat. I was using a USB-C so loan her the cable together with my portable battery instead. 

In the middle of the movie she returned it to me even tho I told her she can charge her phone fully if she wants coz I won’t be using my phone much after the movie anyway. After the movie ended, she thanked me again. Let me count, she thanked me in total 5x for a small help. She wanted to give me a Zootopia cup she bought. I rejected her kind offer, it feels good to help others. 

We were given this. Didn’t eat there and brought it home 

With that, I’ve ticked off two items on her TO-DO list. Still two more to fulfill.
