Was told that she’ll probably end school at 2.30pm coz it’s Results Day. She called at 2.19pm ready to leave school. Saw her expression-less face when I was driving up to her and I thought “cham! Don’t tell me she didn’t do well? Do I need to resume 老师’s tuitions?
Came into the car, and asked her how was it? She got distinction. Not re-taking for sure. One paper less to concentrate. Yes! I’m happy for her and I swear her expression almost gave me a heart attack. Great! I can clear her MT stuffs from the bookshelf already.
This girl is expression-less. On the other hand, che-che smiles beaming from ear to ear. Very happy for a “as long as I can qualify for local U, what for work so hard?” results 🤦🏻♀️.
