Was looking for a video in YouTube and came across this Barbie 12 dancing princess clip. Oh my! The girls used to watch the Barbie Princess movies on DVD.

Can't really rmbr but was this che-che's favourite one then?

All I rmbr was the girls were twirling and dancing in the house. They were so adorable then altho I must admit that lil' one kept twirling around each time so much that she gets dizzy , stop laughing and pause, standing wobbily, start laughing and then continue twirling around again.

Fed up! Been a faithful Epson user since and this is the first time I'm encountering this. Mind you, I haven't been printing much with this printer. If I were to compare with the previous printers that survived all my flashcards printing, this printer has been given the TLC treatment.

Lil' one can't wait for tmrw (I mean today). She's going to try out at the ballet school. She's so excited, kept saying she has to buy the costume, she's going to ask her new friends how much is the costume etc...

The teacher n guy gasped when they heard what I said "3 years!! N u didn't let her try till now? ... But she's one persistent girl".

Makes me like a bad mummy.

Cham liao! Is there a Rent-a-shower or rent-a-bed facility around the East? Shower for lil' one; bed for me to collapse in exhaustion. my taxi-ah-lao lifestyle is back.

Tchr wants to give her 1-1 on Tuesdays so she can catch up with the rest of the class. Can't go back home from Mon to Wed.

Positive note: tchr said she was so happy and smiling all the time. Tried but can't catch up.

Well, as long as she's happy....

Now is a different phase. Currently both working, ok lil' one on internship, you think can relax even more right? No...I was caught at last minute when che-che told me she's WFH today. And I was hoping I could grab lunch together with my Fight-Do fighters, end up I had to pack her lunch and go back home asap.

Becoz of that, I had to do my grocery run before class.

I need to cook their lunch and lil' one's dinner for tmrw tonight. Tell them to settle themselves and they're not enthusiastic abt it. Can i starve my girls?

I haven't pumped petrol yet, means less driving around now coz I refuse to send lil' one to/from work.

But poor gal has to wake up early to take a bus and comes home zombie-looking no energy no life in her 🤣. So it means chauffeuring has cut down for now until year-end. Yippee!

Not again!

The worst thing that can happen to a credit card holder is to have fraudulent charges charged to you. Sigh….I just had another unauthorised charge today.

At around 8pm I was resting in bed and checking/clearing my emails when I saw this email. Shocked by the huge amount of $1007.50 and who the heck is APRSGPTELTD? 

Every second counts when I do not want to have further damages done to my pocket, quickly made a call to the Fraud Hotline. 

As CO was checking with me the charges I made today apart from this $1007.50, she asked if xx amount was made as well. Not knowing how much the girls paid for the rice dumplings, I asked if it’s from Kim Choo 😂 and yes I made that transaction. 

It’s really scary, she says it’s from an online payment but I’ve not done any online shopping today or even for the past week. I wasn’t sure what is APRSG and asked her if she knows what company, she says it’s a cosmetics company. Obviously it’s not me coz I didn’t shop for things to beautify myself but rather my last online shopping in Shoppee is to beautify my house - cleaning item 🤣🤣 last week. Really I’m an Ah-soh! I have lots of masks, beauty products and barely use make up to warrant a purchase. Definitely not me making that purchase. She asked if anyone in the family used my card to make purchase. Definitely can’t be my two lazy-can’t-be-bothered-with-taking-care-of-themselves girls. Whoever had used my card for purchase was on a whimsical shopping spree. 

I explained to CO that strangely I had not received any push notification about any transaction. Usually there’ll be something that will ask if I’ve made any payment blah blah blah, I didn’t receive any notification for that transaction. Somehow I need to thank my lucky stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️ that I checked my emails today, sometimes I get so busy that I only check every 3-4 days. I checked and reported 2 hours after the email. Imagine if I hadn’t check today, it will go un-noticed and the thing goes through. 

The question lingering in my mind :

- If CO said that it’s an online purchase with stored details. Then why there is no prompt of keying in CVV number? I do make it a point of not storing my data in my purchases with all these scams going on around but …. these hackers are damn smart. 

Anyway, I had to check what is APRSGPTELTD after I hung up the phone with Grace. Turns out it’s AprilSkin. Nope! Confirm 100% is not me, I don’t use their products coz I’m a fervent Kiehl’s user. But somehow this name rings a bell, I probably see it in social media. Unless maybe perhaps I bought something long long time ago (as in way before 2017?).

So if the above screenshot mentioned about subsequent purchase, in my case it’s data breach? But wait! Even if the 0.01% chance I may have bought something long long time ago from AprilSkin before, they won’t have my current card details at all coz I kena a few fraudulent charges before.  Blocked n changed my cards upteen times already. 最可笑的就是 I ever had an unauthorised charge from a liquor store in the US when I’m in SIN. When I complained to W about this, she told me she had charges from a building materials place in US. I didn’t know she was building a house.😬

Fed up with all these fraudulent charges I checked if it’s better to just use Revolut for my future purchases and I got this answer. 

But I use my credit card coz I want the points! If I use my Revolut I can’t earn rewards points to get my free $10 or $20 vouchers. I’m not exactly the bank’s best customer by tapping my card all the time, and yet it’s not like I don’t charge my card at all. 

Thinking if I should email AprilSkin to check with them or just leave it to the bank? 

Getting a new card is a hassle. I need to add card into wallet again, change card details in my Shoppee, Taobao, PayPal, iCloud etc..

I’m just so frustrated. Then need to check if raising dispute is successful and check amount is refunded blah blah. I can’t possibly be paying $1007.50 for something I didn’t buy. May these swindlers meet their own karma next time.

Tonsilitis II

Her tonsilitis began when she was in Year 1, in 2023. Then it wasn’t a frequent occurrence and if I’m not wrong her MC record for school was perfect. Then it came to Year 2 and Year 3 the frequencies got more and more. She took so many MCs. Worst was when she was doing her intern. Internship leh! How can leave this kind of bad impression on the boss?

In December when internship is all over and done with. It occured again. No more school; no more work.

See the Doctor again. She has been having slight pain for the past week and last night she started sniffing. Oh oh!

Got some antibiotics from the doctor to standby for the trip. Hopefully there’s no need for it. 

During the holiday, made her drink her 板蓝根 and the tablets I bought from medical hall, hopefully can reduce any heatiness. Then …… I’m so damn frustrated with this whole tonsilitis episodes that she gets so frequent. #%^*! It’s mentally draining for me, I have other things to worry about and she gives me this. 

24th Feb 

Was supposed to see Dr Chong, scheduled for 3.30pm, but we cancelled. Coz she doesn’t want to do the surgery so why keep seeing him. 

Previously two or three appointments we waited so long in the holding area, just to hear the “so will she want to do the surgery?” “No? Ok so we will review again after next few months.” Consultation only less than 10mins. Wasted time, petrol, parking, money. Just coz she’s afraid of pain. No choice right? She suffer for that surgery then after that will be ok.  

26th Feb 

F#%^*!!!!! Had pain past few days. Today she was so tired. Been scolding her since her tonsilitis started to SLEEP EARLY. Been telling her to drink the 版烂梗 then keep saying need my boiled chrysanthemum drink. Oi! How to keep boiling and boiling for her? We have lots of prepacked chrysanthemum sachets also what?! So what if her mother die? Nobody to boil for her then she forever don’t have to drink?! What kind of stupid excuses? Also been telling her to eat the tablets I bought from medical hall. I don’t bring it to her she won’t eat. Come on lah! How old is she?! Need me to feed her or not?! I’m damn freaking angry with her. 这么大了还要一直要 baby her? Told her so many times that to see whether a TCM medication works she needs to eat it on a daily basis. 吃一天五天不吃 how to see the efficacy? Then whatever tablets she’s eaten so far is deemed useless already. Those tablets are free huh? Waste my money. Link on product, click HERE. You know to see sinseh is not just a once time visit, so many visits to 调身体。Once a week at least, so much time and money wasted to send her there and she sleeps late waste the whole bloody effort. 

It’s her life, she wants to suffer in pain forever (and she’s only 19 going 20 now, she’s gotta live till 70,80 or 90) I fucking don’t dare about her anymore! Don’t she ever dare to come and complain to me it’s painful. And yah! Coz I was so damn pissed with her for spending all her late nights on watching stupid things on Instagram, whatever fuck social media, whatever stupid aunty dramas. I should just confiscate her phone away. And she’s not even a student anymore for now. Can’t even take care of herself. I’m so bloody done with her. 

I was just so angry with her, I told her she can just jolly well walk to the clinic opposite us and see the doctor herself.

I think for future consultations I should just make her pay herself. See whether she feels the pinch to spend her own money or not. Maybe she’ll wise up a little? Or maybe not? She’s so stubborn. Coz I’ve spent so many years and months to keep nagging at her until I 气到自己不能睡. Heart palpitating so hard. Who knows maybe know I have high blood pressure because of her. Why other people’s kids 讲一两次都会听话、她不会？

I need to meditate and drink my Rose essential oil. Cannot apply coz small quantity applied on wrist probably won’t help me reduce the anger inside me. 太大的火气了。

My frustration - THE MESS !

This is what I’m usually frustrated with. Clearing mess left behind by x3 people. Then repeat tidying up again n again. Ok make it tidy up after 4 people coz I also need to tidy right? 

This is the mess left behind by che-che on Monday (11th Aug - yup! Another late posting) night. It was her WFH day so after work she did her relaxation. TV remote control and food clip on sofa, gaming remote control on table, snacks messy on table.  

Why can’t they put back whatever they took item from to where it belongs? I tidy and next person comes and someone else will leave the TV remote control on sofa again. 

This is only one part of the house. 

I walk to the master toilet which we mainly use and there are other mess I often have to deal with. Combs left on sink top, hair on the sink and floor, water droplets on mirror, front part of vanity top and floor, water ponding at the back part of the vanity top (I wonder if they’re washing their face or making a swimming pool?), floor mats moved into the middle of the toilet. THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE DRY AREA NOT WET!! 

Oh! The bomb shelter where I had to scream so many times to not mess it up. I’ve moved the bloody heavy stuffs myself so many times just to tidy it up, barely a month later the mess comes back. 

The fridge - leave opened sausage bags anyhow lying around with the liquid seeping onto the fridge tray. Leave things around until I don’t even know if I should be tidying and cleaning the fridge coz some people will mess it up again. AND they don’t seem to be bothered that some liquid had dirtied the next thing they took out, could be a drink they want. They simply just wash for eg. that packet of Milo, then what about the fridge? The rest of the area? 

Every day I’m just repeating the same chore to tidy up after them. I was watching those Japanese minimalist or cleaning videos, and they gave advice on how :

ps. I can’t practice those coz the other 3 don’t even declutter or do their part. The best solution for me is to throw all 3 of them away 😂

Mind you I’ve only typed about the mess they leave behind everywhere. If I don’t tidy, the mess will be the same until tomorrow or the day after tomorrow or longer. And they don’t get eye-sore leh….I cannot tahan lah! Haha! Just like I cannot understand why last time some passengers can mess the area around their seats, I really end up tidying up the space around them. Maybe that was a premonition I was going to be a particular wife and mother in the future. 

Cleaning the house and cooking (tho I don’t cook daily) is another job that I’m supposed to do as a SAHM/homemaker. I’m the only person tidying and checking the pantry, medications. I won’t go into details what needs to be cleaned in the house, yard and balcony as I believe I would have mentioned somewhere sometime in my blog before. 

Most times I want to go to the gym to exercise but I’m already so tired. I had the idea to exercise at least twice in the gym apart from my Fight-Do class COZ I ALSO NEED TO KEEP MYSELF FIT!!! Doing all these works I also sianz liao, just want to nuah in one corner when I can. But I really need to work out more, I need to take care of my body since I’m in perimenopausal age. Also worried about whatever darn illness I may have. 

What do I say, I’m frustrated! I’m exhausted like crazy! Kindda reminds me of CB days where I was so busy from the time I wake up till I crawl to bed at 9+ 10 after my last shower. 

My work is at home so while everyone relaxes WHILE I HAVE TO WORK. It’s so bloody unfair right? People who work only work during office hours and then come home to rest. My work is neverending. I’m not a robot, I’m feeling so exhausted all the time. Tidying up the mess is really everyone’s job. If everyone else helps to put back things properly, it would have saved me the time to do all the double triple unproductive stupid works.

I ever wondered WHAT IF ONE DAY I DIE? The house will be so messy (then again the piggies family might be able to tahan the mess & dirty sight), the house will be so dirty. Did I mention before the dirts I spotted the moment I returned from all my holidays? Kitchen sink is dirty (I wash my sink daily), stove is dirty coz they cook but they don’t clean, so if stove is dirty do you think anyone will clean the kitchen top and wall?, toilet shower area wall and floor is yucky slimy dirty, toilet sink grouting is black! My floor grout is dirty! Mirror is dirty and the list can go on. 

The only time left for me in the night, I’m already so tired my legs are tired, I look damn shagged. I can’t even decide what I want to do. A lot of times I want to do both - a facial and a leg, thigh, feet massage but I end up only able to do one thing each time. I end up dozing off on the bed with my mask until they’re all dried up OR I end up dozing off while the leg massager thing help me unknot the muscles tension / sore. Problem is I only have one massager so I gotta move it from thigh to calf (x2 legs) to feet. I would love a massage chair, I will sleep in it for sure. That always happens when I sit on those massage chairs in shopping malls after doing my grocery shopping, packing lunch with only 20mins to spare before I need to leave to pick lil’ one up. 

Most times it’s relaxation music like this will help me relax for the tired day. Recharge my mental and physical battery and embrace the aftermath of warzone the next day.
