Yet another party within 3 weeks or was it 2?

Beautiful Sophia turns 9.

Party was held in Downtown East, Kids Explorer.

Mei-mei didn't really understand what was played but she had alot of fun. Was she tired end of party? Nope! It was KZ - who had to carry her around the chairs.

Girls were thrilled to bits when they received an invite to their friend's birthday party. We all looked forward to it coz' we had the company of our dearest friends.

We were a little late coz' we had our Easter treasure hunting at home. (Haiz! If only we had a hunt in her place, I'd gladly sponsor all the treats.) Nevertheless, the kids had a great time together.

Oh! It was nice of mummy to get an ice-cream man. Mei-mei was looking forward to her Mee Soto and she wasn't that pleased with ice-cream. Che-che was .... what can I say? A mummy who keeps restricting cold food/drinks, che-che went crazy. And didn't have proper meal.

Some how, we all need the Power Mummies help. So powerful that the bat broke. Host took out a baseball bat. Woah!
After 2 rounds, my skinny girl was tired and did the smartest way of sitting down and wait.

The most Powerful Mummy came to the rescue. Kids ran to get their goodies.

The girls were really exhausted at the end of the day.

Easter Fun!

Come end-March, my girls would very often ask me "are we having egg-hunting this year?" They know that this mummy don't disappoint them either. I wish my mom had done this when I was younger.

Treats for their friends were prepared. These little eggs were given to mei-mei's kindergarten classmates.

And today... it's THE DAY! The girls woke up early, chirping around "mummy, can we start the egg hunt now?" Kept pestering me until I gave in and started their hunt earlier. (but was still late for birthday party)

Hid around the house. I don't have that many place to hide but they still find the thrill in getting their eggs. This time round, I try not to put too much sweets in the empty egg shells coz' most of the time it wouldn't end in their stomach.

Hinamatsuri - 2nd March

It's ひなまつり. Wow! I thought I did this last year... another year has passed. And no pageantry celebration or preparation coz' I had been really busy with the girls. Simple affair for them as it's a school day too.

3rd Mar

Goodies prepared for che-che's friends. Nope! I didn't prepare for mei-mei's friends - too many children already.
In it were hina tsuzumi, hina arare, hina fruit cup jellys, candies and soft jelly.
In the morning, I prepared a simple bento. I love the way some Japanese mama did theirs. Haiz! I still need my precious sleep afterall.
Rushed back home and prepared their lunch and for their tea-break.
