Marinade prep

I always like to 先苦后甜 (suffer first enjoy later), it’s the same when it comes to handling the kitchen matters.

There are a lot more I follow in Instagram, typically the Japanese ones with the nice Japanese fonts and that asthetic look in their page. I’m too lazy to type down who I follow coz it’ll mean I can never get this blog entry out [already one month later than the initial drafted date] . Don’t ask me why I follow so many Japanese accounts for recipes. Haha!  I should start following people in 小红书
