I’m completely obsessed with yuzu. Getting their yuzu sorbet is an absolute must-do whenever I visit Meidi-YA now.
If only I could have an endless supply of fresh yuzu at home! Growing a tree isn't an option, though—I have zero green thumb, and weekly pesticide spraying means toxic fruit anyway. That’s why it’s such a lifesaver when select online grocers actually stock them.
