Since the school commenced on 9th Jan, I’ve met up with her FT or CA (class advisor) as they are called, the subject head aka HOD and the lady in charge of SEN on a Friday. They wanted to understand what is her condition and how they can help them.
And the same week, she told me her CA spoke to her softly that she has her in mind for a class representative. Someone in her class asked outrightly if she can be a class representative but the teacher said she has someone in mind also. She didn’t confirm with that student but asked lil’ one a few times after that if she wants the role. In the end, lil’ one took up the offer. 如果老师看得起她、then don’t reject lor. Told her what if she don’t get her SC, at least she still has another leadership role. Whether it’s for standby or not, I know my girl is very responsible. She will do her duty very well.
Asked if she’s allowed to have a voice recorder, said probably not they will need to check with individual tutors but most likely not. But they’re able to accommodate her needs.
26th Jan 2023 6pm. Ended school at 2.45pm but by the time I reached school was 3pm, sent her home for shower and left house at 5.15pm. Reached school at 5.42pm.
Trials on 27th Jan 2023 from 1-4pm. What?!?! She called me at 3pm but too bad she has to wait coz I haven’t showered. Complained to me that they always hit the shuttlecock very low for her. Initially she thought it’s good to have some exercise but after that she changed her mind and said it’ll be very tiring for her.
She likes to do it leisurely, not as a CCA. Worried about hand/palm pain with more regular climbing. Ok lah, it’s her CCA, she has to choose what she likes.

She was so happy and told me she’s IN Student Council. No official announcement yet but she’s included in a chatgroup. Not sure how many ppl they selected out of how many applicants. Happy for her. Only thing is there’s no fixed day for CCA. So how am I going to arrange for her eye therapies? I’ve procrastinated the therapies for too long already.
Enjoying school
She’s enjoying school, has a clique of friends. One girl lives close to us.
She was telling me how many new students joining in, mostly appealed from other courses like Business Services. So I’m wondering if the students have 11 points, appeal still can come into Accountacy (5 points) then she might even have chance to appeal to go over to the school nearer to us. She missed by 1 point! However she won’t have it, she wouldn’t want to go to another school coz she already has a group of friends now. She’ll have to start to make new friends if she moves, and it’s not easy as most would have formed cliques by now.
