Still days short of 18years

Time spent with her seniors. They wanted to celebrate for her but didn't know where to go and what to do. So as what che-che suggested that they can go to someone’s house, coz “going out also waste money.” 

Eventually lil’ one suggested to come to our place. I don’t mind at all, I don’t mind the girls have their friends over at our house. It’s nice to have them over really. 不麻烦、we won’t mind them staying late too coz I know my girls won’t be blasting any loud music to warrant the neighbours to complain on us. 

I wouldn't consider it a party but just a gathering cum celebration. Most importantly it was time they caught up with each other as the seniors had already graduated early this year.

Recycled banner - Initially I just pasted the banner, then found it so so plain. Rushed out of the house to HMall when she wasn't in and got some balloons. Look so much better now.

* ps : on the 12th when I removed the banner, I peel off a paint off the wall. ARGH! Sob….sob…. I’m so mad with myself. I was already as gentle as I could when I lift off the ‘H’ slowly and remove the blutack. NO MORE DECOS ON THE WALL ANYMORE! NOT EVEN FOR CNY OR XMAS. 

Played Jenga, a penguin hitting game and finally Monopoly, and watched TV. All sat on the hard cold floor until backside pain and decided to go for a walk outside. Which was a good opportunity for me to tidy the dining table after their lunch (nothing much to clear coz they cleared it themselves), took out the OCK snacks I bought and displayed in on dining table, vacumned the floor again and .. "Toilet checked!" Honestly I also feel it's better to just go to someone's house for gathering. With food, snacks and drinks provided and easy access to the toilet. Why not? It's easy for me to be confined in the master bedroom while the kids, whether it's Che-che's friends or her friends, are out there.

Got her a small birthday cake from Polar coz didn't want leftover as we don't eat.

She was really happy to have them over, it was time well spent in the comfort of our home. The next time they meet, they want to come over to play in the pool. (Ya lah! This girl when I mentioned that she can ask them to bring a swimsuit or whatever over today, she didn’t want and che-che gave me a weird look like ‘we’re not kids anymore’. We pay maintenance fees leh! Might as well just make full use of it.) 

I spent almost 2hrs on the road sending the kiddos home from 9. V - Punggol, T - Marine Parade, K - Kamilia. It was 11.30pm when I reached home. Tired as I needed to clean up the table after the 🎂 cutting, wash dishes and clear rubbish. But as long as my girl is happy; I’m also happy.
