Natural cleaner

Ah soh has more than enough Method cleaners to last me more than a year, some Japanese cleaners to last me 6 months (maybe) and yet … I still love to look at cleaners 😂 whenever I’m in a supermarket.

Recently bought a foam bleach from Donki. Seems and sounds good with the 99.9% assurance. Rushing to leave the place coz I can’t shop leisurely with my family members with me, I decided to grab and do the research back at home.

Suppose to use it for sinks, cutting board (which can harbour bacterial growth easily), cutleries. When I test, it has an equally strong smell as my chlorox bleach at home. I would think there’s a very small % of sodium hypochlorite used but it doesn’t seem like so.

Ingredients: Sodium Hypochlorite (chlorine), surfactant (alkaminexolde), sodium hydroxide (0.8%)

Checked the ingredients for what I use at home

Chlorox cleaner + bleach main active ingredient is Sodium Hypochlorite (bleach), typically around 1.84%, with the rest being water and other ingredients like surfactants (detergents), sodium chloride, sodium carbonate, sodium hydroxide, and fragrances, all working to clean, disinfect, and remove allergens from hard surfaces, making it more powerful than just plain bleach.

Conclusion : how safe is it to use if on cutting boards, I don’t want to end up poisoning my family members if I’m negligent in rinsing off.

I shall just use this for cleaning the house.

I should start looking and KIV-ing all these natural cleaners at home.

Photo dumping all these pics here. I will come back and re-read this blog entry another day
