Was in Shangri-La when served sobacha. Suddenly remembered we have sobacha I bought from GH. Anyway, this intrigued my curiosity and I learnt that buckwheat is widely grown in high-altitude regions in China where I was.
Felt like drinking this today. Added 2 teaspoon to 250ml water
Not a pleasing presentation. Maybe next time when I have the time, mood and feel hardworking I’ll bake そばぼうろ and present it nicely just for the photo shot 😉
So weird..lil’ one likes to eat soba but she doesn’t want to drink this at all.
