Mango

31st Oct (Fri)

Tenant kindly gave us mangoes with my dear S doing the delivery for me 😃

When I met S back in our carpark for her to pass me the mangoes, we chatted for almost an hour. Luckily I was only going to cook katsu curry. Came back home at 5.10pm and continued cooking the curry. Everything is done, I only needed to plate the dish when they’re home and then I took a break and keyed into Cookidoo searching for recipes.  

1st Nov (Sat)

Passed 6 mangoes to bro

Started searching for recipes. But when can I find the time to make? I feel so lazy to do anything tomorrow (I feel lazy all the time). Just get recipes first, I may have to help lil’ one with some baking for her colleagues. Next next week will be her last week with the company 😢. Then again I want to bake cupcakes so she can bring to office and help me clear the mango cupcakes. Sigh…. So many ideas but so little time. 

1) Mango madeleine in a Vitantonio machine. I think I can use my Bruno? Wah…做到几时😆? My Bruno is a mini single plate, I can only do 4 each time

2nd Nov (Sun)

Gave another 6 to S so now left with one box 

Cut 3 mangoes and put it in a container and fridge it. 

3rd Nov (Mon)

Feeling a little hardworking. Cut another 5 mangoes. Vacumn sealed into 3 bags and freeze them.

Still thinking if I should bake any mango bakes for her colleagues. Aiyah before I want to bake anything I need to check whether I have the ingredients or not also. 

Left with 4 mangoes which I’ll pass to N. Not sure if can tahan until I meet her next week if not maybe I’ll cut and freeze it for myself? I won’t be in MP anytime this week leh! 

4th Nov (Tue)

No choice but I had to make a trip down to her home. I can’t possibly keep all 12 for myself, it’s too much.  Thankfully she was home so I didn’t have to park car illegally and run up to hang it at her door. And I get these goodies from Penang. Yippee! Actually I only asked for tau sah piah but she gave me other snacks too.
