House viewing

Do you know that there’s no legal restrictions for foreigners to get house in Japan? Not that we’re buying (没有钱)no harm looking at videos. I always enjoy watching Room-pa and a few other realty insta accounts.

When she was in Japan, I sent her a link to get a house there since she loves FUK. Haha!

Everytime when the lady in Roompa or anyone shows the bathroom,  I like to look up the ceiling. I like to see if there’s a ceiling dryer inside.

I like the small apartments but personally I feel it’s only suitable for single living. I’ve been watching Lou , Nami and a few other single ladies in Japanese living vlogs then I start to daydream if I were a single lady working there. IF I mean IF, unlikely so unless I have a lot of money to spare from the beginning before I move over 🤣. Such that altho I’m working there I won’t be living from paycheck to paycheck.

Still daydreaming >>>

Then I think I have so many cleaning appliances, where the heck am I going to put? Now for dust sweeping at home I have 3 sticks. Scrub clothes scrub x3. Haha! Then again, I was a messy and untidy person (I’m only into tidiness and cleanliness when I’m a mother) maybe I will only have one dust wiper if I’m a single lady?

Back to reality, it’ll be nice to have a home there but what will happen to it when there’s no occupant, as in we/us are not there? Use it as AirBnB? You know the chinese superstition about leaving a house empty will make the house a place for spirits. Having a home in a place means you keep going back there, then what happens to travelling to other countries? Travelling to other parts of Japan? Nah….think house hunting in Japan is just a silly daydream of mine.
