While in the process of planning holiday, I gasped at the thought of going upslope. The trail I’m going I’d have to go upslope then go downhill most of the way. I purposely chose to hike in that direction to avoid climbing uphill too much.
Out of curiosity I keyed for something to support knee (which is what I’m worried about) and kept thinking how am I going to keep bending my knees climbing uphill, if I can just straighten my right leg and swing it upwards? Haha! The next minute this came up here.
Wah…..not bad not bad. China have this, Japan should have this also. The old Japanese ah Ma and ah gong all so much fitter than me. There’s a thing called a sunflower lanyard, should there be another kind of lanyard for hidden leg injuries? At least people will be more forgiving when I had to keep to one side and limp up the stairs really slow in the train station.
Okay, now back to planning itinerary. And … should I pack my hiking sticks? Hmm…多东西加重而已。
