Was craving for this black sesame dessert so decided to make one compliant. (Actually what compliant? I’m no longer on keto, it’s not that I don’t believe in keto but I stopped it because my family has kidney disease so I do not want to 害自己).
Maybe the walnut made the bitter apart from the lack of sweetness from lakanto. Hubby tried a little and didn’t want it. Not sure coz he didn’t like the taste, or he’s just not the black sesame person. He used to like to drink tau suan but I can’t make it for him unless I’m willing to add brown sugar to his already diabetic body.
Che-che didn’t like it but she ate in the US. Friends cook she eat, I cook she don’t eat. Maybe coz they use different recipe and sugar.
Waste time next time don’t cook unless I can cook one portion for myself.
