Is it me? Or what? I can't seem to mould the eggs, or the eggs too small? Was suppose to be a car theme. Penguins were crossing the road (coz' no car shaped sausage cutter). If you zoom closer, the furikake has a picture of a taxi infront
Yes, remove it while it's still piping hot (fingers burn) and then submerge in cool water. My eggs so far never turn out, dunno if it's the size of the eggs or what leh! Very sian........
Thanks for passing by. Furikake(ふりかけ) is the some dried things you sprinkle on top of rice. It consists of small shredded seaweed + dried eggs or bits and pieces of salmon or cod etc.. able to find those big pack ones in supermarkets.
How did you mould the eggs? Did you crack the shells once it's boiled and put it in the mould then submerge in cool water?
